Dann lasst uns mal gemeinsam reinschauen. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das L\u00f6ffel-Kontingent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die L\u00f6ffel-Theorie ist eine Metapher, die verwendet wird, um die reduzierte Menge an Energie zu erkl\u00e4ren, die chronisch Kranken f\u00fcr allt\u00e4gliche Aktivit\u00e4ten\/das blo\u00dfe Existieren zur Verf\u00fcgung steht. Der L\u00f6ffel ist also ein Ma\u00df, welches angibt, wie viel Energie eine Person pro Tag f\u00fcr bestimmte Aktivit\u00e4ten &#8222;ausgeben&#8220; kann. Ein ersch\u00f6pftes L\u00f6ffel-Kontingent kann durch Ruhephasen wieder aufgeladen werden &#8211; noch am selben Tag oder erst nach Wochen oder Monaten.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6ffel sparen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das bedeutet: Eine chronisch kranke Person muss genau planen, f\u00fcr welche Aktivit\u00e4ten sie ihre kostbaren L\u00f6ffel investiert und ob sie hier und da nicht sogar L\u00f6ffel einsparen k\u00f6nnte. Da gesunden Menschen bei allt\u00e4glichen T\u00e4tigkeiten wie Kochen, Anziehen oder W\u00e4sche aufh\u00e4ngen kein einziger L\u00f6ffel verlorengeht, k\u00f6nnen sie kaum begreifen, wie anstrengend solche Dinge f\u00fcr chronisch Kranke sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tja, so viel zur L\u00f6ffel-Theorie. Ein sch\u00f6nes Bild, wie ich finde. Ihr k\u00f6nnt ja mal dar\u00fcber nachdenken, wie viele L\u00f6ffel ihr zur Verf\u00fcgung habt und mit welchen Tricks ihr sie einspart.
