Doch hinter solchen Kr\u00e4ften steckt durchaus etwas Positives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wirbelwirrwarr.de\/index.php\/cci\/\">CCI\/AAI <\/a>und die 40 Symptome. So lie\u00dfe sich das \u00fcberall bekannte abendl\u00e4ndische M\u00e4rchen auf meine besondere k\u00f6rperliche Konstitution \u00fcbertragen &#8211; wobei wirklich fraglich ist, ob es da nicht eng wird. Allein ein abrupter Symptomausbruch kann zeitgleich zehn verschiedene St\u00f6rungen anschwemmen, vom Rest der zahllosen M\u00f6glichkeiten, die im Verborgenen lauern und sich jederzeit spontan anschlie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen, einmal gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig abgesehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Schub, etwas was man vor allem von MS-Betroffenen kennt, birgt jedoch nicht nur Ohnmacht, Frust und Niederlagen, sondern, ganz im Sinne des Wortes, gleichfalls <strong>An<\/strong>Schub. Klar ist es oft leichter gesagt als getan, wenn es darum geht, die Dinge positiv zu sehen und darauf aufbauend an ein gutes Ende zu glauben. Im Grunde ist es sogar kritikw\u00fcrdig, denn krampfhafter Optimismus ist unehrlicher Optimismus und somit Zeitverschwendung. Hei\u00dft aber eben auch: Echter Optimismus verdient eine Chance.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die gef\u00fcrchtete Liste der zehn sch\u00f6nsten Momente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine klassische Methode, sich f\u00fcr das Gute zu sensibilisieren (ohne sich selbst an der Nase herumzuf\u00fchren) ist unter anderem die gef\u00fcrchtete Liste der zehn sch\u00f6nsten Momente des Tages. Oder zumindest fliegen k\u00f6nnte, denn obwohl meiner Meinung nach nichts unm\u00f6glich ist, darf nicht vergessen werden, dass Raketen manchmal ein Fehlstart passiert. Sowas kommt beispielsweise vor, wenn der Pilot* im falschen Moment an sich zweifelt und z\u00f6gert. Jedenfalls handhabe ich es so. Zugegeben, es kommt schon auch vor, dass ich gegen W\u00e4nde fliege. Aber zum Gl\u00fcck habe ich einen Dicksch\u00e4del und darin stecken lauter Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcrs Weitermachen. Immer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*Schon klar, dass in Raketen nicht nur ein Pilot\/Astronaut hockt und auch die Steuerung nicht so funktioniert, wie ich es hier darstelle, aber ich konstruiere hier ja auch nur eine Metapher. <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rakete#Gelenkte_Raketen\">Hier<\/a> k\u00f6nnt ihr Genaueres dazu lesen.
