Liebscher und Bracht m\u00f6gen das gewiss ganz anders sehen, doch selbst andauerndes Dehnen kann man sich schenken, wenn nichts da ist, was den K\u00f6rper aufrecht h\u00e4lt. \u00dcberhaupt ist Dehnen so eine Sache. Es ist ein bisschen wie das Dazwischenquatschen seitens der Schwiegereltern, die glauben, immer alles besser zu wissen. Dabei blockiert der K\u00f6rper an manchen Stellen nicht aus Rebellion, sondern weil er damit etwas bezweckt. Bevor man also dazwischengeht, sollte man sich fragen, was das sein k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meine allererste Osteopathin hat das damals getan und stellte fest: <em>&#8222;W\u00e4re Ihr Muskeltonus nicht so immens hoch, k\u00f6nnten Sie glatt als Schlangenmensch auftreten.
