Er ist bei mir, ob die Sonne scheint oder nicht. So auch gestern in einem Seminar f\u00fcr Psychologiestudierende. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Allein die Anwesenheit, die sich \u00fcber Stunden zog, bereitete mir Probleme. Sitzen, konzentrieren, fokussieren &#8211; alles Dinge, die ich nicht tun kann, ohne einen Preis zu zahlen. Nach ungef\u00e4hr der H\u00e4lfte der Veranstaltung kam ich auf die Idee, eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wirbelwirrwarr.de\/index.php\/2021\/04\/02\/mein-lieblingsaccessoire\/\">Sonnenbrille<\/a> aufzusetzen, um mich zumindest von den visuellen Reizen weitgehend abzuschirmen. Es half! Ich f\u00fchlte mich sortiert, kontrolliert, befreit. Bis ich vor die restlichen Teilnehmer treten und einen kleinen Vortrag halten musste. Just in diesem Moment verlor ich die Kontrolle. Ich bekam einen waschechten Zitteranfall und musste abbrechen. Peinlich nennt man so etwas, doch immerhin wei\u00df ich, wem ich das zu verdanken habe. Es ist nicht nur CCI, sondern eine mir unbewusste Angst, vor Menschen zu sprechen und von ihnen beobachten zu werden. Beobachtet zu werden hei\u00dft im Mittelpunkt zu stehen und der Mittelpunkt hat f\u00fcr gew\u00f6hnlich keine Notausg\u00e4nge. Obendrein empfinde ich Stress durch CCI um ein Vielfaches h\u00f6her, sodass mein K\u00f6rper unter der Last irgendwann einfach kollabiert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heute darf ich dieses Spiel noch einmal mitspielen, mich zum Clown machen &#8211; denn so wirke ich mit meiner Sonnenbrille wahrscheinlich auf die anderen. Angst vor einer neuen Attacke habe ich eigentlich nicht. Mich kennt ja niemand und sobald die Veranstaltung beendet ist, lasse ich das Negative einfach hinter mir und erfreue mich an meinem Schein. Danach werde ich mich erneut solchen Situationen stellen. Bis es mir irgendwann nichts mehr ausmacht.
