Oder daf\u00fcr &#8211; und das sollte eigentlich die Regel sein -, dass einen die Realit\u00e4t mal gepflegt am Allerwertesten lecken kann. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer bestimmt schon, was real ist? Jemand, der mehr &#8222;wei\u00df&#8220;? Woher wissen wir, dass derjenige mehr &#8222;wei\u00df&#8220;? Weil er viel redet? Weil er klug klingt? Weil er einen wei\u00dfen Kittel tr\u00e4gt? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zugegeben, ein Arzt hat in der Tat viele Dinge im Kopf: Anatomie, Physiologie, Biochemie, Physik, Diagnostik &#8211; Expertenwissen eben. Doch bedeutet das, dass er deshalb mehr \u00fcber einen Patienten wei\u00df, als der Patient selbst? Wei\u00df er, wie es sich im K\u00f6rper seines Gegen\u00fcbers anf\u00fchlt? Wei\u00df er, was f\u00fcr den K\u00f6rper seines Gegen\u00fcbers normal und was f\u00fcr ihn au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich ist (sofern es sich nicht um aus der Haut ragende Knochen handelt)? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ecken und Kanten &#8211; und wir alle haben Gott sei Dank welche &#8211; geh\u00f6ren zum Leben. Es gibt keine Perfektion, daf\u00fcr aber ein f\u00fcr jeden anders aussehendes Optimum. Woher soll eine andere Person wissen, wie dieses Optimum aussieht, wenn schon ihr eigenes v\u00f6llig anders aussieht? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn jemand die Hoffnung verliert, verliert er sie wom\u00f6glich deshalb, weil es in der Tat aussichtslos ist, ein fremdes Optimum zu erreichen.
