Bei Verdacht auf CCI, neurologischen<br>Erkrankungen, starker Instabilit\u00e4t oder akuter Symptomverschlechterung geh\u00f6rt er in erfahrene H\u00e4nde und sollte nicht als Selbstexperiment durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Head-Neck Differentiation Test<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Die Person sitzt auf einem Drehstuhl. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Augen sind geschlossen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Variante 1: Kopf und K\u00f6rper drehen gemeinsam<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Der ganze Oberk\u00f6rper dreht mit dem Kopf nach links und rechts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Hals bleibt dabei ungef\u00e4hr neutral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Das testet eher:<\/strong> Reagiert das Gleichgewichtssystem, wenn der Kopf durch den Raum bewegt wird?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kopf bleibt ruhig, K\u00f6rper dreht darunter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Der Untersucher h\u00e4lt den Kopf m\u00f6glichst stabil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Person dreht nur den K\u00f6rper nach links und rechts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Hals wird dabei verdreht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Das testet eher:<\/strong> Reagiert das System auf Signale aus dem Nacken?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ergo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kopf bewegt sich im Raum = eher vestibul\u00e4r. <br>Hals wird verdreht = eher zervikal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wenn vor allem bei der zweiten Variante Symptome auftreten, spricht das f\u00fcr eine Nackenbeteiligung bei Schwindel, Benommenheit oder visuelle St\u00f6rungen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie zuverl\u00e4ssig ist der Test?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Symptome genau dann auftreten, wenn der Kopf ruhig bleibt und der Hals relativ zum K\u00f6rper<br>verdreht wird, ist das klinisch relevant. Gesunde Personen reagieren darauf eher selten falsch-positiv.
