Andauernd. Dazu Herzrasen, selbst wenn ich nur zur Toilette ging. H\u00e4tte ich damals mal gewusst, dass es ANS-Ambulanzen gibt&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alles HWS-Schwindel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf Platz eins der hinterh\u00e4ltigsten K\u00f6rperteile steht f\u00fcr mich die Halswirbels\u00e4ule (HWS). Wie gekonnt sie jeden um sich herum glauben l\u00e4sst, keinen \u00c4rger im Sinn zu haben. Aber es hei\u00dft ja auch nicht umsonst HWS-Schwindel. \ud83d\ude04<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;Kleiner Scherz. Unser K\u00f6rper ist bestimmt nicht darauf programmiert, uns zu schikanieren. Aber das \u00e4ndert selbstverst\u00e4ndlich nichts daran, dass die HWS so gut wie alles auf den Kopf stellen kann, selbst unseren Autopilot, das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wirbelwirrwarr.de\/index.php\/anatomie-fuer-nicht-anatomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">autonome Nervensystem<\/a> (ANS). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Kurze Erinnerung: Das Autonome Nervensystem reguliert unbewusste Funktionen des K\u00f6rpers, wie Herzfrequenz, Atmung, Verdauung, Schwei\u00dfproduktion und mehr. Es ist in zwei Hauptkomponenten unterteilt: das Sympathische Nervensystem, das den K\u00f6rper auf &#8222;Kampf oder Flucht&#8220; vorbereitet, und das Parasympathische Nervensystem, das den K\u00f6rper in Entspannung zur\u00fcckversetzt (und dominieren sollte).<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele \u00c4rzte k\u00f6nnen mit aus dem Takt geratenen Autopiloten nicht viel anfangen. Mit M\u00fch und Not verschreiben sie Rescue-Tropfen und Baldrian und legen ihren Patienten Autogenes Training ans Herz. Davon abgesehen passiert nicht viel. Die echten Spezialisten f\u00fcr Autopilot-Probleme sitzen eben woanders, in ANS-Ambulanzen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was sind ANS-Ambulanzen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ANS-Ambulanzen sind Einrichtungen, die sich auf die Diagnose und Behandlung von St\u00f6rungen des Autonomen Nervensystems konzentrieren. Zu diesen St\u00f6rungen z\u00e4hlen beispielsweise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pots-dysautonomia.net\/krankheitsbilder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dysautonomien<\/a>, die verschiedene Bereiche des autonomen Nervensystems betreffen und eine Vielzahl von Symptomen wie Schwindel, Herzrasen, Magen-Darm-Probleme und mehr verursachen k\u00f6nnen. Bei Menschen mit instabiler Halswirbels\u00e4ule geh\u00f6ren solche Dysautonomien sozusagen zur Default Einstellung, sodass ANS-Ambulanzen wie gemacht f\u00fcr sie scheinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adressen und Voraussetzungen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In manchen ANS-Ambulanzen k\u00f6nnen ausschlie\u00dflich Patienten betreut werden, die von Fach\u00e4rzten f\u00fcr Innere Medizin, Kardiologie oder Neurologie \u00fcberwiesen werden. Dies ist allerdings individuell zu erfragen und stellt somit kein pauschales Kriterium dar.
